Alice Springs Airport wants to make sure you start your visit to Central Australia as comfortably as possible. A range of retail facilities, services and amenities are available for visitors to our airport.
Alice Springs Airport provides access to all Terminal facilities for disabled visitors. Wheelchairs are available on request from airline staff.
An ATM is located in the concourse immediately past the security screening point. The machine accepts most major cards.
Internet access is available just outside the entrance to the restaurant (past the security screening point) as well as near the Information Booth (next to the Car Hire Counters). The service is A$1 plus 30cents per minute for this service.
There is a lost property service at the Alice Springs Airport Management Centre, and you can check to see if your lost item has been handed in by telephoning +61 8 8951 1211. If you left something on the aircraft you travelled on, please contact the respective airline direct.
For that last minute letter or postcard, there is a post box located outside the entrance to the restaurant, past the security screening point.
As per Australian Government regulations, smoking is prohibited in the Terminal. An outdoor area for smokers is available just outside the restaurant as well as in the designated areas at the front of the Terminal. Designated areas are clearly signposted.
Telephones are conveniently located throughout the terminal, and require either a telephone card or coins to activate.
Toilets/ Showers/ Baby Change room
To ensure your comfort before, after and between flights, toilets, showers and a baby change room are available in the airside departure area of the terminal.
Chilled water fountains are available in the terminal.
Left luggage services are available at the oversize baggage room (opposite the Management Centre and next to the First Aid Room). All items to be left are subject to Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) before acceptance. A fee is payable for this service.
